  • If you provide false or inaccurate information to us and we suspect fraud, we will record this. If you want to see your credit file, please contact the credit reference agency which we use N/A.


Required personal information

The provision of the following information is required from you:

  • Email address

  • Delivery address

  • Name of customer

  • Age

This is to enable us to do the following:

  • Name and address for delivery purposes

  • Age to ensure that the customer is not underage for any product that has a minimum age restriction

We will inform you at the point of collecting information from you, whether you are required to provide the information to us.


How long your personal information will be kept

We will hold your personal information for the following periods:

  • Name and address 6 years to satisfy UK law

  • Age for the duration of the customers account with the site

  • These periods are no longer than necessary in each case.
